Feature of the month
Our retail curry paste are made following the same formulas we use for the Green Curry and Massaman Curry sold at our restaurant; combining, raw spices that are roasted and ground in-house, with a variety of fresh chilies. The painstaking process results in a flavour profile unmatched in mass produced, canned curry paste. Also, you can always rest assured that Mugi products are 100% plant-based, with no hidden ingredients such as fish sauce or shrimp paste, and are made in a peanut and gluten-free kitchen. Use our curry paste to make traditional and flavourful Thai dishes at home, or be creative and create something original such as spreads, dips or sauces.
